Welcome to the Bright Ideas Blog Hop!
Do you have to pack up your classroom for the summer so your school can clean, wax, paint, etc?
Don't waste paper to cover your furniture!
Use old tablecloths!
I bought a large stock of tablecloths at the end of the holiday season a few years ago for next to nothing. Each year, I cover my furniture, with all my stuff safely tucked away inside. When I am ready to set up my room, I just whip off the tablecloths, fold them up, and store them until I need them again. Easy peasy! No wasting paper! And, it looks quite festive in my classroom!
Love this idea! Saves paper and time :) Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteAlso you have SUCH a cute blog, did you design it yourself?? Looks great :)

Thanks so much Shannon! My blog designer is Kassie, from Designs by Kassie. She is amazingly talented!
DeleteI like to use those tablecloths to put on the tables when the kids paint. If it gets to messy I can throw them away.
ReplyDeleteAnd if you have no tablecloths since the holidays are over-- I spend just a few dollars at the dollar store and buy plastic ones to use. They drape so much better than paper and possible to reuse on most items. I might throw two away a year that I have to replace. Hope it helps.
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great idea! I'm going to have to use this when I'm packing my room up this week! Thanks for the tip!
